Great property.

This home is perfectly located just outside of town so you can get to just about anything in a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this property because of the thought and care that went into every detail of the home and beyond. We did have a little issue when we first arrived with the code not working and someone was able to fix it within minutes so we did not have to wait. You can tell how loved this home is by every thought out detail and decoration, it’s seriously adorable! The next door neighbor has a giant “wine God” that my children thought was so fun and were encouraged by the friendly neighbor to play on and have fun climbing. We saw deer in the front yard in the mornings. The backyard photos do not do justice to the size of the yard, it’s a perfect escape. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful time. Beautiful home. Wonderful food. Amazing sights. 10/10 would stay here again. My children are already asking when we are going back! Thank you so much Derek and Lauren!

My kids and I meet up twice a year in the Fredericksburg area for a long weekend of trying new wineries and family bonding. This year I switched it up and booked this location on Johnson City, and it didn’t disappoint! The house was AMAZING, and the game room and backyard entertainment was everything I hoped it would be! Husband and I slept in the detached casita to turn in a bit earlier since we can’t hang with the kiddos, and that space was perfect so us! Loved everything about this home, and the best memories made so far! I’ll be looking for this place in 6 months!
