ChampionsGate Resort~Private Heated Pool~Modern~Game Room

Absolutely loved this villa!Just returned from two weeks here and can’t fault anything. The villa was immaculate, probably cleanest we’ve stayed in. The area of championsgate was also very nice and well kept while being close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very close to main highway which takes you to all areas and parks in Orlando. Pool area was very spacious with plenty of seating. Wife loved how hot the jacuzzi was(she says women will understand what she means!) while we all loved the pool. Rooms were huge with more than enough toilets. Kitchen had absolutely everything you need on holiday.Any communications with the owners was answered very quickly. Everything just went so smooth and can’t fault anything about the villa.On a personal note I would just like to thank Derek and Lauren for all their help as my wife had a serious life threatening medical issue before we were due to fly out. I spoke to Derek and Lauren and they were so kind and helpful with everything which helped us so much and I think that alone speaks volumes for the type of people they are. I can not recommend this villa enough.

The home was very quiet, peaceful with a home a away from home feeling.

Pros:*The home was spacious. We enjoyed the private pool. Communication with the host was great. Host was courteous, quick to respond to any questions. Loved the resort amenities.Cons: Most issues were brought to the host’s attention and he quickly responded. There were additional concerns that came up during the stay that are noted as well.•Upon entering the home, it was very warm. Contacted the host and he had me remove and replace thermostat on wall and he did a remote reset to lower temperature in house which helped significantly.*In the game room, foosball table was damaged. Sent host pictures to show damage was done before we arrived.*Pool/spa had no lights. Only 1 patio light working. Host sent his handyman Lucas the next day to fix pool, spa & patio lights. He also replaced several missing & burned out light bulbs in the home.*Bathroom door leading to pool area was hard to open. Lucas came back the next day to replace the broken lock but we had already left the house to start our activities for the day.*In the master bedroom upstairs, the ceiling is peeling.*The microwave over the stove was not working, hence the second microwave on the counter.*Ice machine on refrigerator door was not working.*Pest control services are also needed for roaches, specifically in the kitchen area. Clearly a pre-existing issue. Trash was put out daily.**Hopefully, addressing these concerns and issues makes for a better experience for the next guests that stay here.

My House and Host were both Amazing!!! Just a couple of hiccups but they made sure everything was situated and handled with top priority and care!! I would love to stay with them again!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!
