Great house with tons of extras. Everything was in great shape. Real attention to the details. Gotta stay here anytime you have to be downtown.

We fell in love with this house. It has everything you can possibly need!

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. The house was so spacious and clean. We chose the house because the yard had so many fun amenities! The grandkids enjoyed running around and climbing the jungle gym with the swing. We had a fun round of mini golf. The location was great! The day after the wedding, we had a couple of friends stay with us. We had a short walk to the Tower of Americas, strolled through the festivities celebrating Dia de los Muertos, and ended with a stroll on the riverwalk. That evening we enjoyed the hot tub, the cold plunge and had a late night corn hole competion. It was a great way to finish out a fabulous weekend! I highly recommend this house. Derek and Lauren were great and quick communicators if we had any questions.

This house was a great experience for a friends trip to San Antonio! The house decor and themes were thoughtfully done and there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with the group in the house. Having three full, spacious bathrooms and a half bath was great for everyone to have some privacy during the stay.The outdoor portion of the home was excellent and has something for everyone. The hot tub was very clean and offered a fun place to relax and catch up with friends. We used it every night. The putting green, yard games, sauna, and cold plunge were fun options for those who had an interest in them. If we had a longer stay, I’m sure we would have lit a fire and sat around the fire pit. The location was also very good. It was less than 5 minutes to walk to the closest scooter drop point and another 5 minutes by scooter be in the heart of downtown! Even if scooters aren’t your thing - it’s only a 15 minute walk to the River Walk downtown. Hope to return again another time!

The property exceeded my expectations. And it exceeded the expectations of my coworkers.The house couldn’t have been more accommodating and excellent communicators.I will definitely be back
