A Lil’ Peace of Heaven

We loved our time here! Kitchen stocked with so much! Such a short walk to the beach. Nothing but great memories and we hope to return again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered plenty of room. The ocean view was fantastic, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great choice for our family! We stayed here for 5 nights as a family of 5. We travelled with our teen and adult children. Everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for us. Check in and out was easy and communication was great. This is the perfect spot for a quiet beach getaway!

We picked this house for the elevator because our mom was with us and is disabled. When we arrived, the elevator did not work. We spent our entire first day waiting for someone to come fix it so my mom could at least get inside the house. The person they sent wasn’t able to fix it, and they never sent anyone else out to fix it. We ended up having to physically carry my 73 year old mom up the stairs and she was not able to leave the house the entire trip. We spent money on golf carts and special beach chairs for my mom, and she was never able to enjoy any of it because she was stranded in the house the entire 5 days we were there. We found multiple companies willing to come out to fix the elevator, but the owners refused to hire them. Instead, they offered us a refund if we were willing to check out on the same day we arrived. I reached out to the host on 2 separate occasions, prior to our trip, to let him know how important the elevator was for us to have due to my mom’s disability. He assured me that my mom would not have to go up any stairs and that the elevator was up and running properly. We requested a partial refund after our trip, seeing that the whole reason we picked this house was for the elevator, which was out of service during our stay. He keeps giving us the run around and has yet to refund us a single dime. We wasted so much money and time with this house and I truly hope they are honest with future tenants before anyone else runs into the same problem we had.
