Movie Theater~Heated Pool-Hot Tub~Games

House and amenities were wonderful! Our host was a tremendous help as this was our first visit to the area.

This house is beautiful. Well stock kitchen. Plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. The hot tub was a favorite for us. The hosts are very informative and answered promptly.

This property is fantastic and we could not have hoped for better hosts. Derek and Lauren are kind, gracious, and very responsive! There was more than enough room for our group and could have easily accomodated 4 times the size of our group comfortably. The pool and hot tub were great for a nice, relaxing stay. Situated in a quiet cul du sac, close to a quaint little country store which more than met our needs, and still provided the quiet seclusion we were hoping for a quiet, relaxing weekend. But if a larger grocery store is what you want, there is one located 20 - 30 minutes away. If you are looking for property that will offer relaxation, close to amenities, out of the way just enough, and hosts that will go out of their way to meet all of your needs, then check out 33 Lazy Day in Concan. We had an amazing stay at this rental property for our family weekend getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated.The property had everything we needed for our large family. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the outdoor grill and pool area were perfect for evening barbecues. The theater room was also a huge hit with the kiddos! There was plenty of space for our group to hang out and relax together. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into making this a family-friendly space, and they were super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. There was an issue with one of the shower faucets upon arrival but the owners were diligent in sending out a plumber to correct it quickly. If you're looking for a peaceful, fun, and well-equipped place near the Frio River, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The home was beautiful, clean and spacious enough for our big family. There was plenty of entertainment such as games, the movie room, and the beautful swimming pool that we all enjoyed.
