Everything went well, beautiful property , comfortable, clean and beyond expectations.

Our stay at Derek and Lauren’s vacation home in Concan, TX, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful scenery, the well-maintained property, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a dream—plenty of space to lounge, grill, and enjoy the peaceful Hill Country atmosphere. The Frio River was just a short 5-minute drive away, making it easy to float, swim, and soak in the beauty of the area. Derek and Lauren were wonderful hosts—responsive, friendly, and truly made us feel welcome. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind and make amazing memories, this is it. We had a wonderful time at Tullum! The house accommodated our families and teens really well. Everything was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and pool area. The location was great- close to the river, the dance halls and concert venues etc. We have travelled with two other families during spring break for five years straight visiting places like Utah, Rosemary Beach, Nashville etc. This home was in our top 2 SB rentals! We loved our stay!
