The setting was beautiful and very good for our family. Unfortunately, due to septic issues, we were unable to let the kids/pets into the backyard, couldn't enjoy the fire pit and were without plumbing for a while. This could have been prevented.

Derek was extremely courteous and helpful. The furniture was all very comfortable and sturdy--obviously not box-store variety! Well stocked kitchen--which we enjoyed tremendously! We had no issues except a little internet issue and Derek took care of us right away. We've been doing this vacation for over 20 years, and this stay was one of my favorites and most relaxing of all. I'd love staying here again if we're headed back this way!--Trish, Texas

The interior of the home was great. The ping pong room, Windows & patios were dirty, spiders everywhere, ash trays & butts. We had a great time & did not let thise issues bother us. Thank you

Family reunion
This house was amazing. We had plenty of room for all of us. Host was amazing. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Would definitely book again.
