We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. A huge plus was that every bedroom had its own bathroom, which made it extra convenient for our group.The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything around the home was well thought out and easy to use, and they even provided a website with plenty of helpful information in case we had any questions.The pool was perfect for relaxing and added so much to our trip. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and we’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

Brought my Boy Scout Troop to Concan/Frio River as a mystery “surprise” campout. They had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and other games the property had to offer. Spent a great day at the Frio, which is 5min away by car. Plenty of room to house and feed our group of 18. Property was just as advertised. Host was very responsive. Will return here for certain!

Great place for a great group of friends!

Loved the property- perfect mix of gathering places and space for privacy. Wonderful pool and outside kitchen. I especially appreciated how responsive the owners were. Every question was addressed. Definitely awesome!
